I had the pleasure of photographing the Walden Family who purchased a session and Canvas during the Olathe Northwest High School Blues & BBQ event last spring. This was a last minute session as they were getting ready to take their oldest to college in California.

It was a really hot day, but these little girls were in town visiting their grandma and had to get their pictures taken. They were so good and so much fun even though the rest of us were melting in the sun.
I love this family and this year we found a great place for some unique (at least to KC) family portraits. I can’t believe that the first time I did their family pictures was way back in 2006.
These pictures were taken at the start of a long weekend that I hope went as well as the pictures. The color in the leaves was a perfect match to the shirts and made the perfect fall pictures.
C turned two last month and is as beautiful as her brother is handsome. I have enjoyed photographing both of these cuties since they were born and they just get cuter and cuter each time I see them.
